A young child was pulled from a backyard pool in the Scottsdale area on Saturday morning and transported to a hospital. According to reports from fire crews responding to the scene, the child was conscious and breathing on his own when emergency personnel arrived.
Sources indicate the child was a 3-year-old boy. Phoenix Fire personnel responded to the scene and provided care before the child was transported for further medical evaluation at a hospital.
