Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, known as the British YouTuber and musician Yung Filly, is standing trial in Australia on six charges of sexually penetrating a 20-year-old woman without consent. The alleged incident occurred following a performance at a nightclub in Perth.
The defendant has taken the witness stand to present his account of events. According to reporting, Yung Filly testified that the “vibes were good” with the woman during their encounter, while prosecutors have argued that he never sought consent from the alleged victim before the alleged assault took place.
The trial is ongoing, with the defendant denying the rape charges brought against him. The case centers on the question of consent and what occurred during their interaction after the nightclub event.
