Greek authorities have identified a body found in a suitcase in an abandoned building in central Athens as that of a 38-year-old British woman. The discovery was made approximately 11 days before authorities confirmed the identification on Wednesday.
According to Greek police, the woman had been deceased for several weeks at the time of discovery. The remains were reportedly found by a homeless man in the derelict building.
