CME Group launched cash-settled single-stock futures on 55 U.S. equities on Monday, including micro-sized contracts on 22 names, enabling investors to trade these stocks nearly around the clock with nearly 23 hours of daily trading availability.

The expansion of trading options comes as markets adjust to new investment vehicles. The launch includes futures on notable companies such as SpaceX and Micron, broadening the range of securities available through the futures market.

Meanwhile, SpaceX’s stock has recently declined to new lows despite positive developments in the company’s operations, including a near-flawless Starship flight. Reports indicate that an upcoming earnings announcement could influence trading activity, as some insiders will soon have the opportunity to unload shares.
