Colt Gray, the 16-year-old who carried out a shooting at Apalachee High School in Georgia in 2024, was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Gray admitted to killing four people in the attack: two students and two teachers at the high school in Winder, Georgia.
According to reports, Gray used an assault-style rifle that he received as a Christmas gift to carry out the shooting. Multiple news sources confirmed the life sentence without parole, meaning Gray will spend the remainder of his life incarcerated. NBC News reported that Gray idolized mass murderers prior to committing the attack.
